I am a passionate programmer, currently working towards a PhD at the University of Surrey studying Sketch based video retrieval I love doing research implementing complex ideas and trying to improve previous research to make them better.. I also have interests in Games Development and the core engine mechanics within games. I love learning new techniques and strategies and spend alot of my time reading about games programming.

I like to add variety to my life so when I'm not doing research or games I work on computers, servers and websites. I have 6 years of part time experience at JCS Technology where I have provided computer and server support for more information please see my CV. I run a VPS hosted in Germany for my own experimentation.

I also love playing games especially online with friends so I am enthusiastic PC adn Xbox game player.

I am currently studying for PhD in Visual Information Retrieval at University of Surrey, it is a change from the work I have done in the past and am greatly looking forward to getting to grips with this complex area.

I hold a degree in Computer Science with Games development, where I completed a dissertation in fluid dynamics using the SPH algorithm (See Demo's). I greatly enjoy research into different topics and am currently learning about grass rendering.

I also hold A-Levels in Computing, Maths and Chemistry to find full details please see my CV.

My main interest and hobby is Programming and Gaming. I also love watching films with an eclectic taste in movies. I also enjoy playing Dungeons and Dragons and meals with family and friends.
